Cocktail Creation: The Cotton Gin
What happens when you take a local Farm to Table Restaurant and combine it with a great grain to glass craft distillery? You get something Amazing!
Cotton Southern Bistro is a Chesapeake local restaurant that seeks to bring comfort back to dining. Cotton Bistro, located in the Cahoon Commons Shopping Center, offers traditional southern/regional cuisine that takes familiar recipes and fresh “farm to table” ingredients and offers them in a comfortable and family friendly setting. Executive Chef Jeff Brown and his team provide southern classics from fried green tomatoes to chicken and dumplings and everything in between. Regan Keefer is the Bar Manager and runs the bar with the same philosophy regarding cocktails as Jeff does about his kitchen. Local seasonal ingredients grown using sustainable practices makes for a better dish or cocktail.
